You’ll join our knowledgeable team in Redhill, London. Our Redhill design office is located at our manufacturing facility which gives you a unique working relationship with wider areas of the business.

As a Junior Roof Truss Designer you’ll enter on to our internal training program to develop in to a fully-fledged Designer in 2-2.5 years, depending on how quickly you develop. You’ll learn how to design our products, primarily timber roof trusses in preparation for manufacture, how to work and develop relationships with customers as well as everything in between. 

Is the Junior Roof Truss Designer role right for me?

  • Passion for design, ideally you’ve got working experience with a package such as CAD even if it’s just as a hobby
  • Customer focused attitude, you’ll be working with a wide variety of people from architects to builders
  • Desire to work within the in the construction industry
  • 3D modelling experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Commitment to develop and grow your career
