Kitchen & Bathroom Design Consultant

At Jewson we are looking for Two Kitchen & Bathroom Design Consultants to work in our Walton on Thames showroom, helping to deliver excellent product knowledge and well thought out designs with the customer in mind.

This Design Consultant role well be a key part of the branch and area sales for the kitchen & bathroom department. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a brand-new showroom team, hiring two new employees to work together and drive this department forward. With the support of the branch manager there are so many opportunities to grow and develop the customer base and sales potential of this showroom!

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role designing to customer specifications, this could be from kitchens or bathrooms.
• Experience using CAD software, we use Fusion in our branches and offer training on this system.
• Are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this is a must!
• Comfortable working to a Monthly sales target
• Are proactive in building a customer base and can build customers confidence by advising them and guiding their decisions whilst providing the best possible solution to fit their needs
• whether that be from calling on existing account customers or making cold calls

What you will be doing:

Your role will be to focus on providing a consultative sales approach with customers of all levels, designing kitchens and bathrooms from detailed plans and generating detailed and accurate quotes. You will maximise Area sales potential by increasing product sales to the identified customer segments and by achieving growth in the size of the customer base, through the effective management and development of a portfolio of customers.
