As a Showroom Consultant, you’ll play a key part of making a homeowner’s dreams and designs for their Kitchen come true, whilst helping them to reduce the stress the work can bring. Whether you deal with the end user directly, or through the installer, you’ll be there in the centre; pulling together the design, the products and the timescales to bring the project to life. You’ll have a range of tools to use, from Fusion design systems to virtual reality to help your customer visualise their project, so you can give them complete confidence in the design before providing a quote and making a sale.

You’ll join Gibbs & Dandy Luton. This branch is well-established and busy, with a friendly team who work hard to offer a great service and excellent product knowledge. We have a sales office, warehouse, shop & counter, showroom and a fleet of delivery vehicles.

So, what are we looking for?

  • Experience of working in a customer-focussed sales environment
  • Motivation to secure and increase sales orders
  • A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a ‘customer 1st’ attitude
  • The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Any Kitchen or Builders Merchant experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Drivers License is beneficial but not essential
