This Customer Service Supervisor (Distribution) role is working in our Jewson Branch in Cardiff, Wales. Jewson is the biggest employer in the UK Saint-Gobain business, with over 500 braches.

What will I be doing in this role?

The Customer Service Supervisor position is key to the performance of the Cardiff branch. It requires someone who can supervise operational colleagues to ensure customer needs are met, promote and maximise sales and margins by providing excellent customer service whilst ensuring a safe environment that is in line with company policies and procedures

Key day to day duties include:

  • Realising full potential of all customer interactions and build effective relationships with customers and suppliers

  • Going out of your way to ensure customers have a good experience and adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs, expectations and concerns.

  • Carry out all cash transactions and till processes accurately and safeguard companies stock, money and all other company assets

  • Understanding local market issues and communicate to Manager to support sales growth plans

  • Deliver key KPIs for your branch
