This Business Administration Manager role is working in our Jewson Branch in Goddards Green, West Sussex. Jewson is the biggest employer in the UK Saint-Gobain business, with over 500 braches.

What will I be doing in this role?

The Business Administration Manager position is key to the performance of the Norwich branch. It requires someone who can support the business unit in delivering on agreed operational targets and objectives and proactively providing administrative support to the management team.

Key day to day duties include:

  • Provide guidance, co-ordinate and support, where needed, around any aspect of Administration in branches across the business unit.
  • Provide general support in branches as and when required, including but not limited to, supporting the preparation of and support of stock takes, serving customers, dealing with telephone customer queries.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the resolution of customer complaints; escalating to the Branch Managers’ or Business Unit Director as and when required
  • Organise all business meetings that take place within the business unit, and provide support in meetings to ensure minutes are captured and actions are agreed and tracked
