This role is working with Celotex, Customer Services Department where you will be committed to the continuous improvement of the customer experience by ensuring all enquiries, orders, and correspondence for the company’s products are promptly processed in accordance with both the customer’s requirements and company procedures.  

In the role as a Customer Services Officer you will;

  • Process and progress customer orders ensuring correct and accurate product reference and pricing in line with Company pricing schedules and procedures.
  • Maximise vehicle utilization through inbound and outbound calling to generate sales.
  • Liaise with the Customer Experience Manager and Customer Services Team Leader when special sizes and pricing data is requested to ensure that orders are processed with minimum delay.
  • To promptly pass any details of customer complaints to the Customer Services Team Leader, Complaints Coordinator, and Aftercare Specialist.
  • To ensure all enquiries from customers are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have;

  • Previous customer services experience, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
  • Previous experience of order processing systems or database management.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers clearly and concisely. 
  • SAP knowledge advantageous but full training will be provided.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office.
