How will you support us?

This role supports the management team through administrative services and ensures information is kept comprehensive and accurate.

  • To provide a purchasing service enabling the office and production teams to perform their duties

  • Receptionist duties
  • Offer support to the site management team through administrative services to help them perform the HR functions within their roles

  • Ensure the service team and suppliers have accurate and comprehensive information

  • Use the internal HR systems to keep records up to date whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

  • Use purchasing systems and general housekeeping of the purchasing filing system

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

  • Numeracy and IT literate

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective at problem solving and prioritising own workload

  • Knowledge and experience of SAP system would be advantageous
