Our Southampton team are looking for a dedicated administrator to provide support for the SGBD UK & Ireland Transport Centre’s systems and data strategy. You’ll lead our end-to-end procurement processes, supporting the management team and ensuring compliance with all E-Tools and systems.

Please note, this position is a temporary 12 month fixed term contract, working 37.5 hours per week.

As a Senior Transport Administrator with Saint-Gobain, you will:

  • Support colleagues with the correct use of Transport systems and E-Tools, coordinating issue resolution with internal and external IT suppliers.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and data in relation to spend list, contracts and tenders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Saint Gobain and Transport purchasing policies are followed, highlighting any queries to relevant purchasing team members.
  • Deliver a high level of service to all internal and external customers, providing timely support to end users.

  • Are IT literate, particularly with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
