Position description

As a Project Manager you settle in the Insulation Industrial Director Team’s and you are located in the D&R department at Rantigny. You will support a part of our digital transformation focus on manufacturing.

 The main purpose of your job is to develop for Insulation Plants proven 4.0 technologies, in close relation with Operations, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain.

You will have to create conditions for development and implementation speed to outperform competition.

3 domains of responsibilities

You manage a portfolio of 10 projects in average.

  • Research and Technology Projects
    • You lead a competitive watch on 4.0 new technologies and define the attractiveness
    • You develop and validate new solutions using 4.0 technologies (such as AGV, cobots, Big data, AI, machine learning…)
    • You take the development of proof of concepts, from ideas nurturing to TRL 9 (technology Readiness Level)
    • You prepare industrialization with purchasing
  • Strategy
    • You propose a clear organization to deliver the development plan
    • You Quantify expected benefits and resources needed
    • You Animate a Manufacturing 4.0 community

  • Standards Management
    • You promote standards that ensure consistency of data collection across multiple platforms (Process/MES/Quality/ERP/WMS/CRM etc.)

Remote possible / 1 day by week

50% of international and national travel by month

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

You have been a graduate engineer (generalist) or Master in Material sciences, Process Management or Automation.

You have more than 5 years’ experiences in R&D/implementation in Industrial environment and a strong interest in new technology around in the manufacturing context.

You have a good knowledge of process development in general.

You are Fluent in English and you appreciate the team work, and supporting project in a lead position.
