Industrialization and Commissioning Manager

Why do we need you ?

Reporting to the Director of Projects & Industrialization, the Industrialization and Commissioning Manager will manage industrialization and commissioning activities and support in new technologies replication and deployment. Travel is expected to be about 25% of the time in average.

Main responsibilities:

Management of resources specialized in industrialization and commissioning.

  • Animate the team life and activities.
  • Follow-up on tasks and organization of the team
  • Define priorities among topics to be treated according to Insulation business strategy.
  • Assistance when difficult situations are encountered.

Industrialization topics

  • Management of industrialization steps for low TRL (Technical Readiness Level) technologies
  • Management of contract with industrial partners
  • Support on technology development in plants
  • Follow-up and update on deployed technologies

Commissioning topics

  • Defines commissioning KPIs and means of validation
  • Defines commissioning steps, detailed plan/trials and associated resources
  • Defines commissioning planning and manage resources accordingly
  • Management of commissioning team
  • Follow-up & reporting of commissioning progress and KPIs

Experience / technical competencies :

Core

  • Project management
  • TRL management
  • Commissioning methodology
  • Working knowledge of heavy industry safety management system and standards.

Advanced knowledge in:

  • Process Flow Diagrams & P&ID
  • Continuous process & line design.
  • Scheduling
  • Glasswool and Stonewool knowledge a plus

Advanced knowledge in:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, for teamwork in an international and multicultural context
  • Leadership and team management (multicompetence teams)
  • Capability to work in a matrix organization as a team leader or as a member of a team
  • TEC behavior (trust, empowerment, collaborative)
  • Communicative in English. (speaking & writing)
