About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Biopharmaceutical Single-Use Systems business within the BPS division.
In this strategic role, you will lead commercial development across your region, working closely with global and regional teams to deliver innovative solutions to customers in the biopharmaceutical industry. Your mission will be to expand our market presence, build strong partnerships with key customers and lead a high-performing team of technical sales specialists.
Our customers operate in cutting-edge fields such as vaccines, recombinant therapeutic proteins, oncology treatments and other biologics, making this role both technically stimulating and commercially impactful.
You will also play a key role in shaping and executing regional sales strategies while contributing to the continuous improvement of our commercial processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Drive Regional Growth
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with global commercial objectives
- Achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company’s market presence
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team
- Recruit, coach and develop a team of technical sales experts
- Support the team in navigating complex sales cycles from early scientific engagement to production implementation
- Foster collaboration, engagement and continuous learning within the team
Manage Strategic Customer Relationships
- Build long-term partnerships with key customers in the biopharmaceutical sector
- Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, often involving multi-million-dollar annual spend
- Coordinate global and local interactions with customer organizations and internal teams
Drive Innovation and Market Insights
- Collaborate with product, marketing and sales leadership to support the development of new solutions
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to anticipate emerging needs
- Contribute to strategic business initiatives and process improvements
Is this job for you ?
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology or another technical field is required. A Master’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
Professional Experience
You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales or sales management, ideally within the Life Sciences industry in an international environment. You have demonstrated success in building and leading a technical sales organization, with at least 1–3 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets
- Strong ability to recruit, develop and retain top technical sales talent
- Demonstrated capability to operate both strategically and operationally in a complex business environment
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at management level to drive alignment and secure approvals
- Experience in leading organizational change through leadership and influence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
