Position description

Within the Group Digital & IT unit, CISO Office teams are in charge of Coordinating the Regional / Business CISO and securing the Regions and their Business.

The Security Officer France is part of the CISO Office and is in charge of assisting and making sure that the French business (Industry and Distribution) are secure.

As Security Officer France, you will be reporting to the Head of CISO Office, you will be required to interact with all the Business CISO of the France perimeter and the also with the Cybersecurity community, in particular with the Group's Cybersecurity teams (SOC, Global Functions Security Teams, etc.). You will set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the CISO may have.

In this context, your missions are to:

  1. Contribute to deployment of group security policies and ensure the compliance
  2. Integrate Cybersecurity into French business projects
  3. Deploy group Cybersecurity strategy on French perimeter
  4. Assist CISO and CyberSoc teams during security incidents
  5. Follow French perimeter operational security KPIs
  6. Build and lead a community around Cybersecurity with the help of Business and Regional CISO
  7. Deploy Cybersecurity Group Digital & IT project
  8. Gather customer requirement to analysis (from Business and Regional CISO) and suggest standard Cybersecurity service offering (GDI Cybersecurity)

The Security Officer France shall fulfill the following objectives:

  1. Demonstrate responsibility for handling incidents
  2. Ensure the daily security level is maintained
  3. Promote and be the guarantor for the application of the defined security rules
  4. Make sure that delivered projects are secured
  5. Act as the security relay within his/her reporting scope
  6. Ensure IT recovery in the business continuity process
  7. Explain with clarity the security developments which have to be done


You have a higher education with a Master’s degree including a specialization in IT/Cybersecurity.

You have a more than 5 years of experience in the information system security field including a successful experience in management (international experience would be a plus).

One (or more) security certifications would be a plus.

Technical skills:

  • Good knowledge of technologies and the security fundamentals of IS, the protection of IS, infrastructures and applications
  • Experience in GRC topics, including knowledge of risk analysis methodologies (EBIOS, ISO 27005, etc.) and security into project
