Position description

Reporting to the Corporate Digital Learning Manager, you will be entrusted with several missions (non-exhaustive list):

- Management of digital learning projects :

  • Collect training development needs from business experts
  • Participation in the selection of suppliers
  • Project management, writing reports and monitoring KPIs
  • Participation to communication actions
  • Participation in the technical and educational design of training courses
  • Shooting, editing and editing videos for online training (Camtasia Software)
  • Participate testing and selection of learning solutions
  • Follow new technology trends

- Administer the Group's Learning Management System (LMS) platform

- The training of our international internal clients

- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of satisfaction questionnaires for the digital learning activity

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

You are currently enrolled in either your first or second year of your Master’s apprenticeship program in Human Resources, project management, international business management, etc.

You are curious about new technologies and digital training.

You are fluent in both English and French.

You are autonomous, creative and understand the importance of customer service.

You enjoy working on multiple projects in an international context

Knowledge of a video editing software would be a plus.

Duration: 12 months starting September 2019. The position is based in La Défense, France.

Who are we ?

Saint-Gobain’s Learning and Development Department (L&D) has a triple mission:

  • Coordinate the Group's training policies by ensuring the consistency of the existing systems;
  • Oversee the design, organization and delivery of Group training, in particular all courses deployed within the framework of Saint-Gobain University (e.g., School of Management, HR Academy);
  • Lead the implementation of digital learning within the Group by providing the countiers and businesses with the necessary tools and by assisting them in the operational implementation of their local and cross functional projects.

Composed of 18 people in a central unit, L&D Department works closely with a network of correspondents. The L&D Department acts as a designer and developer of transversal training programs. The L&D Department is at the heart of supporting employees to ensure the Group's digital transformation and change management. It hosts nearly 2000 trainees per year face-to-face in internships and seminars organized in France and abroad. The distance training represents nearly 102,000 people trained.
