Position description
Your tasks
›Organization, implementation of experimental studies in the area of electrical connectors on glass, soldering process, material investigation (e.g. of solder joints)
›Statistical analysis and evaluation of generated raw data
›Presentation, documentation and discussion of results
›Design and realization of lab setups for soldering trials and tests
›Manage studies and work packages for R&D projects
›Deepening group’s know-how by studying literature as well as contact to internal and external experts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Your profile
›University degree, preferably with focus on physics, material science, metallurgy or similar
›You enjoy experimental work and have distinctive analytic thinking
›Independent, self-driven and well-structured way of working
›passionate and motivated team player and good communication skills
›Language skills: Good written and spoken English required, preferably basic knowledge of German

About the V.I.E. program
The V.I.E. carries out his/her assignment in a French company operating overseas. Interns can work in a variety of domains.
›The latest your assignment can start is on the day of your 29th birthday. No exceptions can be made.
›You must have European nationality (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco).
