Junior Analyst/Consultant - Project Management & Digitalization

Position description

We are offering a V.I.E. opportunity within our production plant in Waakirchen,
50km south of Munich, Germany. 

As a VIE, you will play an active role in analyzing business processes, optimizing and deploying new solutions. You support the team in project management and ERP application deployment activities for our enterprise system and connected processes. 

Your main tasks will be to :

    • Work on the implementation of digitalization projects/requests and brief Management/Controlling on progress
    • Perform analysis and improvements of ERP, MES & Business Intelligence Systems:
        • Identify and collect plant-specific requirements for local departments such as Quality or Supply Chain, and support them through digital innovation proposals (for example: selection process for additional quality/warehousing/industry 4.0 modules, KPIs, Dashboards etc.). 
    • Act as contact point for in-house production and IT business analyst teams for transformation projects (customize and optimize the workflow for individual users) and ensure user validation and acceptance
    • Be responsible for trainings such as one-point-lessons for key users

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

For this position, we are looking for someone with a Master Degree in Business School or Engineering Degree interested by project, process management and digital

A first experience in industrialisation or process digitalisation is a plus. 

Good command in English and basis in German are necessary.
