Position description

Job Purpose:
Responsible for quality team management. Continuously plan, organize, implement and control the implementation of quality improvement measures to achieve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Abide by the EHS laws and regulations of the government and the company, participate in the company's EHS activities, such as 5S, SMAT, risk assessment, TFX report, MSDS, etc. 5%
2. Quality system planning, implementation, maintenance and improvement. Responsible for quality system audit, including ISO9000 system audit, customer audit and third party audit, analyze non conformance items, formulate corrective measures and follow up implementation. Initiate and implement continuous quality improvement projects. Responsible for the management of document control center and related quality records. - 10%
3. Responsible for the management of incoming inspection of raw materials, establish and maintain the latest standards, conduct statistical analysis on the quality of raw materials, and formulate the control plan and improvement plan of raw materials. Cooperate with relevant departments to audit suppliers and supervise suppliers to implement improvement measures. Promote the quality of raw materials. 20%
4. Focus on quality process control, including product failure mode analysis, control plan and product inspection standards. Through the process audit, supervise the production, timely analyze the problems in the manufacturing process, formulate and implement effective corrective and preventive measures. Continuously improve product yield, reduce scrap and customer complaints. – 30%
5. Participate in quality planning of new projects, prepare product control plan, develop and implement MSA. Cooperate with production department for new product trial production and quality control. Develop and update quality related documents. Support the improvement of quality system and continuous quality improvement – 10%
6. Support customer complaint handling, organize root cause analysis, promote and lead cross functional team to find solutions, track the implementation of corrective and preventive measures. 5%
7. Act as WCM coordinator, complete WCM related tasks in time (including pillar construction, support for improvement projects, etc.) and make continuous improvement. 10%
8. Provide coaching and training to subordinates, ensure their competency to match with the job. Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior leaders. 10%


Qualification Requirements:
Typical Education Level 教育背景: 
 Bachelor degree, Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering, Material Engineering.

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能: 
 5+ years’ experience on quality management.
Good knowledge in ISO9001/IATF16949 and quality tools.
Team management experience.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
English in written.
Good computer Microsoft office software skills.
Working experience in multi-national enterprise is plus.
