Position description

1Work closely with BU s and the SGBD Central team to understand the BUs needs and develop larger sourcing projects to reach the targets ( T.O & saving ) .

2Responsible for the business TO target and future projects development of his/her products relevant category.  Make free business proposals to European purchasers according market intelligence done on Chinese market.  

3Acting as interface between our BUs and our local suppliers. Ensure a right and quick efficient communication with the local suppliers and give detailed answers in time to the BUs.

4Manage a stable supplier base for each sub-category with 2-3 suppliers. Search and select new Suppliers & products if needed.  Propose suppliers benchmark price according European supplier products requests.

5In charge to negotiate for his category products the best price, payment term condition and strictly control the yearly supplier prices. Set up and maintain a high performance supplier database.

6In charge to organize, to manage all details arrangements with the suppliers to welcome the European purchasers during their China business trip , to ensure the trip efficient & constructive for the business development.

7Oversee the project of timing, production, shipping etc., to strictly follow the schedule of the customer (BU).

8In charge of  customer (BU) complain handling and Claims negotiation with the supplier.  Provide all relative information to the Quality department


1University graduate, major in international trade is a plus   

2International trade with 5 years plus, experience in PPE or lighting or electric products plus.

3Strong ability to learn and develop new skills.

4Export/logistics procedure knowledge and experience.

5Good communication skill , good computer skill ,serious , responsible, hard-working

6Very Fluent written and spoken English.
