Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Electromechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our production installations. You will work within a team of skilled maintenance technicians, tackling both mechanical and electrical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, repair, and perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical component failures.
- Propose improvements after analyzing processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team, responding to requests from various departments.
- Balance scheduled tasks with the flexibility to respond to urgent needs.
- Handle both mechanical and electrical tasks, requiring a broad knowledge in both fields.
Is this job for you ?
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferably a diploma in Electromechanics (A2) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Knowledge or interest in pneumatics, electricity, and controls.
- Past experience in a textile industry /non wovens machines is a super plus.
- Proficient in English. Dutch speaker is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a strong willingness to learn.
- A team player with a passion for technology.
- Willingness to work in 3-shifts is a must.
