Area Sales Manager - Cement Additives

Wen suchen wir?

Sales and Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cement plant stakeholders
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions in coordination with the technical team.
  • Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and anticipate competitor strategies
  • Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies
  • Manage the full sales cycle and ensure timely payment collection
  • Represent the company in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Technical Support

  • Perform the industrial trials and provide technical follow-up
  • Support the product approval process

 Reporting and Administration

  • Prepare the requested reports on sales, market trends, key projects, and opportunities
  • Prepare the Industrial trial report
  • Update the CRM with accurate data and maintain customer profiles
  • Ensure timely communication with customers on technical and commercial requests
  • Track and follow up on daily sales actions

Wer bringt uns voran?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Process/Chemical/Mechanical or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in cement field (Technical Sales).
  • Solid technical knowledge of cement grinding processes; experience with cement additives is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
