Why do we need you ?
The General Labourer supports the manufacturing process by helping maintain an efficient flow of production throughout all stages of operations. This role provides non-technical support to Operators and Technicians by performing a variety of production and assembly tasks, including sanding, trimming, laminating, resining, packaging, material handling, and order picking. The successful candidate will read and follow work orders, production drawings, and manufacturing documentation, safely operate hand and pneumatic tools, move products between workstations, and maintain clean and organized work areas. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and flexibility to work in different areas of the plant as needed to meet production requirements.

Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, production drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to accurately use imperial and metric measuring tapes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and pneumatic tools.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
