Why do we need you ?

With the support of the Site Manager, you manage the Customer Service, Planning and Production activities for Metals Seals operations.
You are coaching and supervising your team and coordinating the activities to achieve operations objectives.
You meet the objectives on on-time delivery of high quality products, produced in a safe and efficient manner while maximizing capacity with optimum cost.
You show strong leadership and people skills with the ability to grasp technical concepts and translate to your team.
You collaborate with the other operations related teams..

Is this job for you ?

Critical attitudes: team oriented to drive result
Strong commitment to EH&S and quality
5+ years experience in an operational leadership role
Showing appetite for individual growth both on technical and human levels.
Effectively interacting with diverse groups of professionals and cultures within and outside of the company.
Well organized.
Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English.
